TikTok Ads Library: Search TikTok's Commercial Content Library
Updated
Search the ad library
Fill in what you know. You get a search link to the platform's own ad library; the results open on its site.
The search box above builds a search link for the TikTok ads library, TikTok’s Commercial Content Library at library.tiktok.com/ads. Type an advertiser name or a keyword, add an advertiser ID if you have one, set a start and end date, then open the link: the results load on TikTok’s own site. To browse TikTok’s Top Ads ranking instead, switch the box to Creative Center. AdsLibrary.org doesn’t fetch or store any results.
How to use the TikTok ads library search box
- Keep the Commercial Content Library selected. It is the TikTok ads library you can search by advertiser.
- Type an advertiser name or a keyword. A brand name is the usual starting point.
- Add an advertiser ID if you have one. It narrows the search when several advertisers share a similar name.
- Set the start and end dates. The TikTok ads library searches within that date range.
- Open the link. The search runs on library.tiktok.com in a new tab, where you can browse the ads.
The TikTok ads library also has region, ad type and status filters. Our box leaves them out until we have checked in a browser that they work, so set them on TikTok’s page if you need them.
The TikTok Commercial Content Library
The TikTok Commercial Content Library is TikTok’s own ad library, published under EU transparency rules, and you search it by advertiser name or keyword, advertiser ID, and a start and end date. You’ll also see it called the TikTok ads library.
Because the TikTok ads library exists to meet EU rules, treat it as a record of ads TikTok has to disclose, not a search of every TikTok ad worldwide. We have not verified which countries outside the EU it covers.
TikTok Creative Center and Top Ads
TikTok Creative Center is a different site with a different job. Its Top Ads section ranks popular ads, so it’s useful for ideas: hooks, formats and what is trending. It has no search by advertiser or keyword, so you can’t use it to pull up one brand’s ads; for that, use the TikTok ads library.
| Question | TikTok ads library (Commercial Content Library) | TikTok Creative Center (Top Ads) |

Use the TikTok ads library to answer “what is this brand running?” and Creative Center to answer “what kind of ad is doing well?”
When the TikTok ads library shows nothing
Check these first:
- Try a wider date range. A short date range can miss a campaign that ran a few weeks earlier.
- Try both the legal name and the brand name. They are often different, and a product keyword can help too.
- Use the advertiser ID. If you know it, it avoids mixing up advertisers with similar names.
- Check the market. The TikTok ads library was set up for EU transparency rules, so a brand that only advertises outside the EU may not show up. We have not verified how far coverage goes beyond the EU.
What our search box does and doesn’t do
Our search box only builds links. It does not fetch TikTok data, show ads on this page or keep your searches. Some filters we have not verified yet are hidden for now, and if you switch the box to TikTok Creative Center, it just opens the Top Ads page with no search applied.
AdsLibrary.org doesn’t download TikTok ads either: our downloader handles Meta Ad Library links only. For Facebook and Instagram, see the Facebook ad downloader. To compare TikTok with Meta, LinkedIn, Google and Microsoft, start from our ads library home page.
Frequently asked questions
Does TikTok have an ads library?
TikTok has two places to look at ads. The TikTok ads library at library.tiktok.com/ads is its Commercial Content Library, which publishes ads under EU transparency rules. Creative Center has Top Ads, a ranking of popular ads for inspiration.
Where is the TikTok Commercial Content Library?
The TikTok Commercial Content Library is at library.tiktok.com/ads. You can open it directly, or use the search box at the top of this page. Type an advertiser or keyword and pick your dates. The box gives you a link, and TikTok's library opens with your search already filled in.
Can I see US ads in the TikTok ads library?
We do not know yet. TikTok built this library for EU transparency rules, and we have not checked whether it lists ads that ran only in the US. Search the advertiser anyway; if nothing comes up, that could be why.
What is the difference between the TikTok ads library and Creative Center?
The TikTok ads library is a transparency search: you look up an advertiser name or keyword within a date range. Creative Center's Top Ads is a ranking of popular ads, with no search by advertiser or keyword. They are two separate sites.
Can I search the TikTok ads library by advertiser?
Yes. Search by advertiser name, advertiser ID or keyword, and set a start and end date. Type the brand name first; use the advertiser ID when several advertisers share a similar name.
Will I see the ads on this page or on TikTok?
On TikTok. The search box on this page only builds a link, which opens the TikTok ads library on TikTok's own site, and AdsLibrary.org does not fetch, copy or store the results. Some filters we have not verified yet are hidden for now, so set region, ad type and status on TikTok's page.
Can I download TikTok ads with AdsLibrary.org?
The AdsLibrary.org downloader handles Meta Ad Library links only, so it cannot save TikTok ads. For Facebook and Instagram ads, use the Ad downloader page in the main menu.
Is this site run by TikTok?
No. AdsLibrary.org is an independent site, not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Our search box only links to the TikTok ads library at library.tiktok.com/ads.
